User Agreement
By using Faxbu, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Service
Faxbu provides tools for recording, organizing, and reviewing photographic flash equipment. Inspection results and maintenance suggestions are informational and are not a substitute for qualified repair advice.
Your account and content
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the accuracy and legality of information you submit. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by the applicable app marketplace. Prices, billing, refunds, and restoration are governed by marketplace terms. Purchased credits have no cash value except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected services, or use Faxbu to violate applicable law.
Availability
Features may change or be unavailable from time to time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Account deletion
You may request account deletion from within the app. Deletion is subject to records we must retain for security, transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Faxbu is not responsible for equipment damage or loss resulting from reliance on an automated assessment.
Changes
We may update this agreement. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
