This policy explains how Faxbu handles information when you use the application.
Information you provide
We may process profile details, flash-equipment records, inspection notes, photographs, voice notes, maintenance schedules, and support communications that you choose to provide.
Device and service data
We may process an installation identifier, app version, notification token, diagnostic events, network information, and limited usage data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Camera, photos, and microphone
Faxbu requests these permissions only for features you choose to use, such as documenting equipment or recording a voice note. Permission can be changed in system settings.
Purchases
The app marketplace processes payment details. Faxbu may receive product identifiers, transaction identifiers, signed transaction data, and verification results needed to deliver and restore purchases.
How information is used
Information is used to provide requested features, synchronize your cabinet, display remote content, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with infrastructure, content-delivery, analytics, and marketplace providers only as needed to operate the service, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. You may request account deletion in the app; some transaction or security records may be retained where legally required.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable protections.
Children
Faxbu is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law.
Your choices
You can manage permissions in system settings, edit app data, sign out, or request account deletion from within Faxbu.

We may update this policy and will publish the effective date above. For privacy questions or requests, use the account or support controls available in the Faxbu app.
